This Licensing Agreement [“Licensing Agreement“] is an agreement between you and Dox.Expert and/or anyone acting on its behalf [hereinafter “Dox.Expert“]. By using the website and/or installing the software, you give your consent and commitment to the terms of this agreement. For the purposes of this Licensing Agreement, the Software Definition includes the Software Code, its databases, data, and all material relating thereto, documentation and the material associated with the software, including the contents of the Website in the title (the “Site”).

The software is protected by copyright laws. The license is a license to use the software although not to own it, and you may not copy it or infringe the rights associated with it.

Granting a license

Installation and use. “Dox.Expert” grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license that includes the right to install and use the Software on your computer, which operates with the operating system for which the Software was designed.

Ownership of the Software

In your relationship with “Dox.Expert,” “Dox.Expert” holds all property rights and ownership and all rights and interests in relation to the Software and its parts.

Support services. “Dox.Expert” will be entitled to use any technical information provided to it as part of the support services for its business purposes, including product support and product development.

Termination

This licensing agreement will terminate automatically and without any further action following its breach by you and in particular with a breach of usage rights or non-payment of consideration. The terms of this license agreement will continue to be in effect after its termination. Termination of this agreement will not constitute the exclusive remedy available to “Dox.Expert” for breach of this agreement.

“Dox.Expert” may at any time and for any reason, restrict, prevent, modify or disable the features of the Software without prior notice. “Dox.Expert” reserves the right to discontinue the service of the Software at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion.

Copyright

All rights, proprietary rights, interest and intellectual property interests, including, but not limited to, copyright of the Software, the Site and the Site Content are the property of “Dox.Expert” and/or its owners.

LIMITED LIABILITY

By using the Site and the Software, you agree that “Dox.Expert” has no liability for the Software, unless otherwise agreed. The software is provided without warranty of any kind, it does not guarantee that the software will be free from defects. The risk that arises from the use of the software will be entirely on your own risk.

Dox.Expert and all its employees, directors, officers and affiliates shall not be liable and will not be liable for any damages associated with the Software. To the extent that it determines that there is indeed a liability to “Dox.Expert,” you agree unconditionally and qualify that this warranty will be limited solely to the replacement of the software with an up-to-date and correct version of the software.

Advertising and Data

• “Dox.Expert” will not process your personal information, and will not provide it to third parties unless it is needed for providing you with its services and contacting you, things like your email address, name, purchase history, trial period and relevant information for billing documents (which you will freely and actively provide).
• “Dox.Expert” may send you various mailings by any means and on any relevant subject and the mere downloading of the software and / or the use of the software and / or your transfer of your e-mail address directly or indirectly constitutes your approval to receive publications and / or newsletters and / or information. These are in accordance with any law or regulation. 
• Generally, Dox.Expert will not gather personal information about you unless necessary for communicating with you and provide you with its service.
• Of course, you can remove yourself from the mailing list at any time simply by clicking the opt out option on the email. 
• You can also – at any time – request to delete your data kept within Dox.Expert simply by sending an email to Support@Dox.Expert. 
• As for the data used while using the software itself – no data you are using is accessed, used or maintained by Dox.Expert. The software is a desktop software and Dox.Expert has no access to your data through it whatsoever.
• Payments are being processed by third parties, such as credit card companies and Paypal, so payment information is not fully kept by Dox.Expert. 
• Dox.Expert is doing its best efforts to comply with the GDPR requirements and will continue to do so.
• You are entitled to request us to erase any personal data we hold about you under EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will do our best to respond promptly and in any event within one month of the following:

• Our receipt of your written request; or
• Our receipt of any further information we may ask you to provide to enable us to comply with your request, whichever happens to be later.
• The information you supply in this form will only be used for the purposes of identifying the personal data you are requesting that we erase and responding to your request. You are not obliged to complete this form to make a request, but doing so will make it easier for us to process your request quickly.
• For doing so, please send your request with relevant details (as your name, email address, what exact information you would like to erase etc.) to Support@dox.expert

Miscellaneous and Jurisdiction

No rights of any kind can be transferred by you to a third party related to Dox.Expert,  and any attempt to do so will be void.

You agree in advance that in any legal problem that arises, the parties will first and foremost hand over to a mediator in favor of resolving the dispute before going to court, unless otherwise agreed. If it fails, your consent is subject to further investigation by an arbitrator.

You and “Dox.Expert” agree that this Licensing Agreement is a full and exclusive statement of mutual understanding between the parties and that the limitations on liability and remedies in this Licensing Agreement are fundamental terms of this Agreement and take them into account in your decision to terminate this Agreement.
